What it does not cover
A missing or unreadable girdle inscription — we cannot verify a stone we cannot identify.
Structural damage to the stone itself. Scratched metal, bent prongs and worn plating are fine; we refinish those.
Pieces altered by another jeweller, or reset into a mount that is not ours.
Return shipping from outside India where local export rules require you to file — rare, and we tell you before you buy.
Why we can offer it and a retailer cannot
Because we sold it to you at cost of manufacture, not four times it.
A showroom that charged you four times this price would have to find four times the money to honour the same promise. We only have to find 80% of ours — and we get the stone and the gold back to remake. The maths only works for the maker.
