Please read this policy before placing an order. It applies to every order placed with Shree Mangla Jewellery.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in India, and internationally to over 200 countries and territories worldwide.

If your country does not appear at checkout, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can deliver there.

Shipping charges

Shipping within India is free on every order.

International shipping is a flat ₹1,700 per order.

All prices on this website, including shipping, are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (₹).

Dispatch and delivery times

Almost everything we sell is made to order at our own bench, so the time to dispatch depends on the piece. We confirm a dispatch date with you by phone or email once your order is placed.

After dispatch, delivery within India normally takes 5 to 7 days. International transit times vary by destination.

All dates given for delivery are given in good faith but are estimates only, not guarantees.

Insurance and tracking

Every parcel is sent insured and trackable, and we send you the tracking details when your order leaves us.

If a parcel reaches you damaged or with a broken seal, please do not accept it. Contact us instead and we will sort it out.

Import duty and taxes on international orders

Import duty, customs charges and local sales taxes are set by the destination country. They are not included in the product price or in the ₹1,700 shipping charge. If you would like these confirmed for your country before you buy, please contact us first.
